Tour Fees
Cost
Journey of the Spirit costs US $2,650 per person. This fee includes all accommodation, meals, island travel and group activities (workshops, excursions, dolphin boat cruise, etc.).
The tour fee does not include airfares or several meals during excursions. Airfares will cost between $1,200 - $1,500.
Early Bird Special
If you book before 30 June 2012, the full fee is US $2,400, a savings of $250.
Payments
A semi-refundable deposit of US $500 is required to secure your booking and place in the group. Deposits may be made by internet transfer, money order or cash deposit. If you are transferring funds from overseas, please email us for payment details. The balance of your tour fee is due on arrival at the retreat centre.
Please note that places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Refunds and Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, we will refund 50% of your deposit up to 45 days prior to the tour. No refunds are available after that time. Cancellation requests must be in writing. Refunds may take up to 7 days.
Your Accommodation
Your tour fee covers the 7 nights accommodation in Puna and one night in Kona. All accommodation is double occupancy unless you request single occupancy.
Single occupancy is an additional US $60 per night (US $60 x 7 nights) . Please let us know if you prefer single occupancy at the time you make your booking. Single occupancy is available on a first come first serve basis only.
Terms and Conditions
Aumakua Hawaiian Travel Group (AHTG) and its associates in Hawaii reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, for the safety and comfort of all participants or if need be, to cancel the trip at any time. If we cancel the trip, AHTG and its affiliates shall have no responsibility beyond the refund of money paid by the participant.
The participant shall not hold AHTG or its associates liable for any loss, injury or damage to person or property during the trip. We recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking your trip in case circumstances compel you to cancel your trip.
We ask that participants come to our programs for educational reasons, and not to seek healing of any kind. Participants must be in a physical and mental condition appropriate to the activities engaged upon and must acknowledge all the physical risks involved and agree to participate at their own risk. We recommend that in case of doubt, a physician or mental health professional be consulted.
